Lacey grew up vacationing on the white sands of the Emerald Coast, and from a young age, she knew the beach was where she belonged. That early love for the coast inspired her to pursue a career rooted in helping others find their place in paradise.

Lacey is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia, where she earned a BBA in Real Estate from one of the top-ranked programs in the nation (#3 in the U.S.). Her coursework included real estate investment, valuation, development, and finance—providing her with a well-rounded foundation for a successful real estate career. While at UGA, she was also honored with the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® Scholarship in recognition of her academic and professional promise.

A lifelong competitor, Lacey’s drive and discipline were honed through years of dance and competitive baton twirling. Her dedication paid off when she earned a coveted spot on the UGA Majorettes, where she performed from 2020–2025 and served as captain in her senior year. She also managed the team’s social media for two years, strategically growing its audience from 7.9k to 9.5k followers.

In college, Lacey completed internships with three distinguished real estate groups, gaining hands-on experience in the unique markets of 30A, Destin, and Panama City Beach. These opportunities further sharpened her skills and gave her insider knowledge of the Emerald Coast’s residential and commercial real estate landscape.

Today, Lacey channels her competitive spirit and deep coastal roots into helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
